PURPOSE: A portable skin condition display device and method thereof are provided to display a necessary cosmetic technique by measuring the moisture of the body, oil, and ultraviolet ray through a camera. CONSTITUTION: A skin condition measuring unit(300) forms a concave part so that a cover for the skin condition measure cover a skin condition measuring unit. A socket(50) of the skin condition measuring unit is inserted into a concave unit(310). A displays unit displays a text display text window. A water and oil component sensing unit(10) is projected to two electrode pins. A controller examines the skin of a user and classifies the condition of a skin.
