PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an insulated coating type power plug is provided to maintain automatic manufacture and to reduce man-hour. CONSTITUTION: A material(10) is inserted between a die(30) and a punch(35). Plastic deformation is performed by pressing the material. One end of an electrode rod(20) is pressurized to a molding roller(40). A groove(24) is formed. An insulated covering material(50) is loaded to a part of the electrode rod. The electrode rod is fixed on a base.
