PURPOSE: A shopping cart with a wheel cover is provided to reduce impact in case of bumping feet of a user into a wheel by mounting a rubber safety cover on the wheel. CONSTITUTION: A shopping cart comprises a wheel cover(2). The wheel cover is made of rubber. The wheel cover reduces impact in case that feet of a user is bumped into a wheel(1) of the shopping cart.
