PURPOSE: A biaxial hinge module and a mobile phone with the same are provided to increase the opening and closing angle of a portable terminal by increasing the rotation angle with two link-connected rotation shafts. CONSTITUTION: A first rotary shaft(610) is rotatably mounted inside a housing. A second rotary shaft(611) is rotatably mounted inside the housing. The second rotary shaft is parallelly separated from the first rotary shaft. The second rotary shaft is rotated in a rotational direction opposite to the first rotary shaft. A link unit is connected to the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft. The link unit rotates the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft in mutually opposite directions.
