PURPOSE: A waste tire grinder is provided to obtain iron core and rubber without separate process by integrating iron core and rubber collecting process. CONSTITUTION: A waste tire grinder comprises: a grinding and peering part(100) receiving waste tire having iron core and rubber, and peering the rubber from the iron core, and grinding the core and the rubber; a separating part(200) separating the iron core and the rubber. The grinding and peering part comprises: a grinding container(110) in which a hopper is connected to the top, and an outlet is formed in bottom; a first and a second grinding drums(120,130), which are arranged inside the grinding container in line, peering and grinding rubber attached to the iron core by rotating with different directions and different speed; and a first and a second driving means driving the first and the second grinding drums. A magnetic separator(220) separates iron core transferred along a conveyor by using magnetic force.
