PURPOSE: A method for predicting or diagnosing non-invasive inflammation and/or infection in amniotic fluid is provided to ensure stability for a lying-in woman. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring concentration of cytokine from amniotic fluid leaked from a vagina through cervix for providing information for predicting or diagnosing inflammation or infection in amniotic fluid comprises: a step of measuring concentration of cytokines of IL-6, IL-1beta, IL-8, MCP-1(monocyte chemoattractant protein-1), or GRO-alpha(growth related oncogene-alpha) through the cervix; and a step of determining inflammation or infection in case that the cut off value of IL-6, Il-1beta, IL-8, and MCP-1 is higher than 1-10 ng/mL, 100-1000 pg/mL, 1-30 ng/mL, and MCP-1, respectively.
