PURPOSE: A tongue protector and an oral cavity protector including the same are provided to prevent liquid from entering the throat. CONSTITUTION: An oral cavity protector comprises a tongue protector(10) and an oral cavity closing body(20). The tongue protector is installed inside the oral cavity of a patient. The tongue protector is composed of a tongue protection body(11) and a support groove(12). The tongue protection body is formed into a trapezoidal shape and is placed in gum border undercut and dental crown. The support groove is formed in the side of the tongue protection body. The oral cavity closing body is composed of a closing body(21) and a side protrusion(22) having a wing shape.
