PURPOSE: A conductive paste composition is provided to embody an electrode or wire of high aspect ratio by simple method, to simplify processes because of not needing repeat print, and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A conductive paste composition comprises a first conductive powder with a first average grain size, a second conductive powder with a second average grain size larger than the first average grain size. The amount of the first conductive powder is 10-90 weight% based on total weight of the conductive powder. The average grain size of the first conductive powder is 20-40 nm and the second conductive powder is 60-90 nm. The first and the second conductive powder comprises at least one of metal and conductive polymer material.
