CARGO TANK FOR LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS AND LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS SHIP HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) storage tank and a LNG ship having the same are provided to reduce time and manpower by installing an insulation panel in a baggage rack with simple coupling structure. CONSTITUTION: A LNG storage tank comprises a baggage rack, insulation panels(120), supporting members(130), and elastic members(140). LNG is stored inside the baggage rack. The insulation panels are arranged on the exterior wall of the baggage rack. The supporting member is installed on the exterior wall of the baggage rack and supports the insulation panels to a face direction. The elastic members are interposed between the insulation panels and the interior wall of a hull and press the insulation panels toward the baggage rack so that the insulation panels are supported in a thickness direction.
