PURPOSE: A fastening structure is provided to safely install an ornament or light fixtures having various forms and sizes and to maintain a hanging state without a possibility of falling even though the ornament or light fixtures are heavy. CONSTITUTION: A fastening structure(100) comprises a coupling member(110), a locking member(120), and a cover member(130). The coupling member comprises a supporting piece(112) and joining piece(113). The locking member comprises bars(121,122) spread by elastic members(124,125). The elastic members are hung while joining to the supporting piece of the coupling member to be rotated. The cover member is joined to the coupling member, thereby being finish-processed.
