Thermoelectric conversion material and its manufacturing method, and thermoelectric conversion device using the same

摘要

Disclosed is a new thermoelectric conversion material represented by the chemical formula 1: Bi1-xCu1-yO1-zTe, where 0≦̸x<1, 0≦̸y<1, 0≦̸z<1 and x+y+z>0. A thermoelectric conversion device using said thermoelectric conversion material has good energy conversion efficiency.
