PURPOSE: An application generating device and a method thereof are provided to enable users to easily produce two connected applications. CONSTITUTION: A module storage unit(120) stores source codes corresponding to a functional module of an application. A requirement analyzing unit(130) analyzes requirements received from a request person and generates a module list necessary for realizing a function of the application. An application generating unit(140) combines source codes corresponding to the module list and generates a first application and a second application. The first application operates in a service providing system of the request person. The second application operates in a service usage system.
