PURPOSE: A multicast apparatus, method, and wireless apparatus for multicasting are provided to retransmit multicasting data to a wireless apparatus by storing the multicasting data. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(210) receives a current state report message which reports a current state of a wireless apparatus(100) by receiving the state of the wireless apparatus. A control unit(230) controls the communication unit in order to transmit multicasting data to the wireless apparatus based on the current state report message. A storage unit(240) stores the multicast data when the transmission of the multicast data is failed.
