PURPOSE: A cylinder device improves the usability and safety. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder device comprises a protrusion(81), a inclined units(91,93), and a lock unit(87). The protrusion is formed in one side of the inner circumference of a cylinder or the outer circumference of a rod and extended to the diametric direction. The inclined units are formed in one side of the inner circumference of a cylinder or the outer circumference of a rod. The inclined units rotate the cylinder relative to the rod and induce the cylinder to the relative rotation position by contacting with the protrusion when the rod is exposed from the cylinder as maximum. The lock unit is installed in one side of the inner circumference of a cylinder or the outer circumference of a rod. The lock unit keeps the protrusion by contacting with the protrusion when the rod exposed in the maximum and moved to the relative rotation position with the cylinder, and the rod moved to the insertion direction opposite to the position of the protrusion and a shaft.
