PURPOSE: An urn having an openable and closeable front is provided to enable the easy replacement of a picture displayed on the urn by enabling a person to conveniently open and close the urn. CONSTITUTION: An urn(101) having an openable and closeable front comprises fixed frames(32), detachable frames(39), rotation units(38), and a transparent window(40). The fixed frames are formed on the front of a container(20) and have opening and closing units. The detachable frames are rotatably coupled to the fixed frames. The rotation units are rotated to rotate the detachable frames. The transparent window is detachably fixed to a space between the fixed and detachable frames.
