PURPOSE: An air curtain apparatus is provided to uniformly control distribution of medicinal liquid on a large-sized substrate because an air curtain is formed corresponding to the medicinal liquid concentrated on the lower part of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: An air curtain apparatus comprises an air spray unit(10), a fixing frame(20), and a pair of height adjusting units(30). The air spray unit sprays air supplied by a supply pipe(11) through a slit in the lower part in order to form an air curtain. The fixing frame is fixed in both sides of a bath. The pair of height adjusting units is coupled to a hinge(21) of the fixing frame and is fixed in both sides of the air spray unit. The pair of height adjusting units individually adjusts the height of both ends of the air spray unit.
