PURPOSE: A light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve light extraction efficiency by forming an uneven pattern with directionality and a constant height on one side of a light emitting structure exposed to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A bonding layer(111) is formed on a substrate(110). A reflection layer(120) and an insulation layer(140) are formed on an adhesive layer. An electrode layer(130) is formed on the reflection layer. A light emitting structure(150) includes a first semiconductor layer(152), an active layer(156), and a second semiconductor layer(154). An electrode pad(160) is formed on the upper side of the first semiconductor layer. |
