PURPOSE: A display device with a touch screen panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the efficiency of a process of bonding the touch screen panel with a display panel or the touch screen panel with a window. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen panel is defined by an active area and inactive area to sense external pressure. A display panel(210) displays an image by sensing the touch screen panel. A window(250) covers the touch screen panel. A lower resin layer(212) is formed on a rear side of the touch screen panel. The touch screen panel is bonded with the display panel. An upper resin layer(214) is formed on an upper side of the touch screen panel. The touch screen panel is bonded with the window by the upper resin layer.
