PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of the water-soluble coating composition is provided to obtain water soluble coating composition having excellent water resistance, oil resistance, heat-sealing property. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method comprises a step of warming organic solvent; a step of adding polyvinylidene chloride into the organic solvent, and stirring the mixture; a step of adding fatty acid into the mixture, and stirring the mixture; a step of adding maleic anhydride into the mixture, and mixing the mixture; a step of adding a slip agent into the mixture, and stirring the mixture; and a step of aging the mixture. |
