METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING DATA USING MOBILE RELAY IN NETWORK WITH GROUP MOBILITY AND DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A data transmission method using a mobile relay unit in a mobile communication system and apparatus thereof are provided to schedule terminals in a group by considering of a transmission rates through a representative relay unit. CONSTITUTION: In case selected representative relay unit is need to be selected again, a base station selects a representative relay unit from terminals of a group(S120,S130). The base station calculates a second transmission rate. The base station determines the best transmission rate in a first transmission rate and the second transmission rate(S140). The base station transmits a data frame according to a scheduling result(S150).
