PURPOSE: A construction structure of a high-rise building having a steel-framed reinforced concrete structure is provided to easily remove an angle for supporting a slab and controlling the assembling position of a frame after slab concrete is cured. CONSTITUTION: A construction structure of a high-rise building having a steel-framed reinforced concrete structure comprises gusset plates(50) and first fastening members. The gusset plates are welded to a first girder(31) in a longitudinal direction and support a first angle(41) for supporting a first slab and the controlling the assembling position of a frame. The first fastening members fasten the angle to the gusset plates.
