PURPOSE: An operation method of a signal converting apparatus and an operation method thereof are provided to use a three-dimensional image display device regardless of a control signal format of a three-dimensional apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit receives a first shutter control signal from a three-dimensional image display device(S610). A controlling unit generates a second shutter controlling signal based on the first shutter controlling signal(S620). A transmitting unit transmits the second shutter controlling signal to a three-dimensional viewing device of an active type including a left eye glass unit and a right glass unit(S630). |
