PURPOSE: A prefabricated frame with a drip groove is provided to easily form a drip groove in the outer wall of a building and to minimize defects occurred when the drip groove is formed. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated frame(100) with a drip groove comprises a front plate(112), an upper plate(118), an outer frame(110), a rear plate(132), and an inner frame(130). The front plate has first coupling units(120) separated from each other. The upper plate is extended from the top end of the front plate inward. The outer frame is extended from the bottom end of the front plate and has a bottom plate(114). The rear plate is coupled to the outer wall of a building. The inner frame has second coupling units(136) coupled to the first coupling units.
