PURPOSE: Organic light emitting devices including a light extraction layer and manufacturing methods thereof are provided to easily emit light from an organic light emitting layer to the outside through a first electrode and a substrate by including a high refraction layer and phase change patterns. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) with a first surface(101) and a second surface(102) is provided. A first electrode(150) is formed on the first surface of the substrate. A light extraction layer(132) is formed between the first electrode and the first surface of the substrate. The light extraction layer comprises a high refraction layer(130) and a phase change pattern(131). An organic light emitting layer(170) is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(190) is formed on the organic light emitting layer.
