PURPOSE: A virtual bulletin board operating system and operating method thereof are provided to transmit common messages to users of plural message reception terminals located in a specific location based on AR(Augmented Reality) environment. CONSTITUTION: A message registration terminal registers registration terminal around information, messages, or a telephone number of a message reception terminal based on AR environment(S501). One or more message reception terminals receive the messages based on the AR environment(S503). A virtual bulletin board operating apparatus transmits a message registered by the message registration terminal to the message reception terminal(S511).
