<p>PURPOSE: A paste composition is provided to improve electrical property with reducing lead content, and to maintain high level of efficiency, filling rate and adhesion. CONSTITUTION: A paste composition comprises conductive powder, organic vehicle, glass frit, and additives. The additives comprises at least one selected from a group consisting Zn, Sb, V, W, Cr, Cd, Re, Sn, Mo, Mn, Ni, Co, Cu and metal oxide containing one thereof. The amount of additives comprised is 0.1-10 weight% based on total weight of the paste composition. A solar battery comprises a front electrode formed by using the paste composition.</p> |
