Passenger service table (9) is opened and closed by scissors mechanism (3). While the passenger service table (9) in armrest position with the application of a vertical force pull push arc (5) is released and thrust effect of the released arc makes the scissors mechanism (3) to ascends over the guide channel and the passenger service table (9) is turned 90° over the pivot shaft (13) and gets into open position.
