摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a light waveguide for a touch panel is provided to accurate the forming positions of a clad layer and a core on a substrate and to reduce the size deviation of the clad layer and the core due to heat. CONSTITUTION: A stainless elongated base material is selected to continuously apply a photo-sensitive resin composition(1') on a substrate in order to form a clad layer(1). The resin composition is heated to volatile solvents from the resin composition. Irradiating ray(L) is irradiated to the resin composition to form the clad layer. A photo-sensitive resin composition for forming a core is continuously applied on the clad layer. The resin composition is heated to volatile solvents from the resin composition. Irradiating ray is irradiated to the resin composition through a photo mask such that the resin composition is exposed. Non-exposed part of the resin composition is dissolved to be eliminated to form the core.</p>
