PURPOSE: An electrodes for electrical surgical procedures and a device for surgical procedures including the same are provided to precisely easily control surgical procedures since a specific internal site is selectively or locally eliminated by using RF heat energy. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode portion(110) includes a connector(120), a cylindrical body, and a first electrode wire. An insulation portion surrounds the connector and the cylindrical body. A second electrode portion(130) includes a second electrode wire connected to a ring. An insert tube(140) is expanded to a back end of the insulation portion. A direction adjustment part includes a direction control line connected to a direction converting plate.
