PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of paste composition is provided to have high surface resistance, low temperature coefficient resistance, to have high adhesion with an aluminum nitride substrate, and not to contain lead. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of paste composition comprises: a step of preparing CaO-B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 based glass material, and ruthenium-based oxide; a step of mixing the glass material and ruthenium-based oxide with the weight ratio of 1:9-9:1; a step of melting the glass material by heat-treating the mixture; a step of forming a ruthenium based oxide-glass composite composition by quenching the product; a step of forming ruthenium based oxide-glass composite powder by crushing the ruthenium based oxide-glass composite composition; and a step of forming a paste composition by mixing the ruthenium based oxide-glass composite powder with an organic binder.
