PURPOSE: An apparatus for packing open-stored raw material is provided to simplify work and minimize number of workers by mechanically implementing a work for unfolding a packing sheet and a work for stripping the packing sheet. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for packing open-stored raw material(10) comprises a packing sheet(20) and an actuating part. The packing sheet covers raw material loaded in an opened storage yard. The actuating part provides actuating force for unfolding the packing sheet along the loaded raw material. The packing sheet has at least one passage which is extended along an unfolded direction of the packing sheet. The actuating part comprises a water supply line and a water pump. The water supply line is connected with the passage. The water pump is installed on the water supply line to supply water.
