PURPOSE: A zigbee based facility management method, apparatus using the same, and system are provided to construct low cost and low power network system within a facility management section by using a zigbee communication network. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(200) receives an identification signal and the location signal of each access point of plural access points(100). The user terminal determines a location. A management server(500) receives a user terminal location signal from the user terminal. The management server transmits information for a facility apparatus within a distance determined by the user terminal to the user terminal based on the user terminal location signal.
