PURPOSE: A double layered exterior capable of natural lighting is provided to reduce construction costs by additionally constructing an shell of the building inside in the inside of building. CONSTITUTION: A double layered exterior capable of natural lighting comprises an outside shell(1) and an inside shell(2). The outside shell contacts to outside air. A space part(5) is formed between inside shell and the outside shell. The outside shell and inside shell are individually divided by a frame(6) of same lattice form. A glass is inserted into the partitioned part. The space part is divided into an upper part, middle part and lower part. The three parts of the space part are divided by a metal plate which connects the outside shell and the inside shell.
