METHOD FOR PREDICTING OF RETURN FINES RATIO OF SINTERING PROCESS

PURPOSE: A method for predicting a return sinter fine ratio is provided to accurately predict a current return sinter fine ratio during a sintering process, thereby controlling a sintering condition at a proper timing. CONSTITUTION: Factors related to a sintering process are selected. Data of the selected factors are collected(S10). A graph which shows linearity between the factors is written based on sintering factor data. Sintering factors which are highly related to a return sinter fine ratio are selected from the graph(S20).
