PURPOSE: A flat panel display apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to apply voltage by successively selecting a group of two elements among three lead-in groups, thereby easily combining a substrate and a sealing substrate. CONSTITUTION: A sealing substrate is arranged to face a display part(110). A sealing member is arranged to surround the display part between a substrate and the sealing substrate. A wiring part(150) is arranged to include a region which is overlapped with the sealing member between the sealing substrate and the substrate. Lead-in groups(181,182,183) are formed to receive voltage from an external power source. The lead-in group is connected to the wiring part.
