摘要 <p>PURPOSE: Ultralow-carbon steel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the aging resistance and workability of steel with ultralow carbon content. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing ultralow-carbon steel comprises the steps of: re-heating a steel slab(S110), hot-rolling the re-heated steel slab(S120), and cooling and coiling the hot-rolled steel sheet(S130,S140). The steel slab comprises carbon of 0.003 weight% or less, silicon of 0.002 weight% or less, manganese of 0.1-0.3 weight%, phosphorus of 0.015 weight% or less, sulfur of 0.006 weight% or less, titanium of 0.01-0.06 weight%, nitrogen of 0.0025 weight% or less, and iron and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount.</p>
