PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for obtaining a 3D breast cancer image based on phase contrast are provided to implement a phase contrast magnified image about a lesion candidate part and to reduce unnecessary X-ray exposure by using a shielding window. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray generator(10) irradiates an object with an X-ray. An image obtaining unit(20) obtain a first diagnosis image from the X-ray which penetrates the object. A shielding window(30) obtain a second diagnosis image about a lesion candidate part. A front fixing plate(40) fixes the front of the object to obtain a first diagnosis image or a second diagnosis image. A rear fixing plate(50) fixes the rear of the object to obtain the first diagnosis image or the second diagnosis image.
