The present invention provides one method of preparing 2-amino thiazolyl formamide derivative as shown with thiocarbamoyl compound in the presence of alkali. The present invention makes it possible to prepare the derivative in short period, mild reaction condition and high reaction product yield. Furthermore, the present invention provides preferable solvent capable of inhibiting side reaction and preferable alkali amount to avoid the degradation of the product.
