PURPOSE: A flat panel display apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to separate wiring groups with a fixed gap from a corner region, thereby solving an encapsulation problem. CONSTITUTION: A sealing substrate is arranged to face a display part(110). A sealing member is formed to surround the display part between the sealing substrate and a substrate(101). Wiring groups(152,153,154) are formed to include a region which is overlapped with the sealing member between the substrate and the sealing substrate. An external power source supplies power to the wiring groups. The sealing member is solidified after being melted using heat generated from the wiring group.
