PURPOSE: A heat exchange device is provided to increase the heat-exchange area of water and refrigerants because the refrigerants flow in the opposite direction to the water. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange device comprises multiple heat exchangers(15). First and second fluids flow in the heat exchangers and are heat-exchanged with each other. Each heat exchanger comprises a shell and one or more tubes. A refrigerant path, where the first fluid flows, is formed inside the shell. The second fluid flows in the tubes and is heat-exchanged with the first fluid in the shell.
