PURPOSE: A cooling tower is provided to reduce cooling water loss and to prevent scattered cooling water from freezing on a road in the winter. CONSTITUTION: A cooling tower comprises a casing member(10), a blower(20), a cooling water jetting device(30), a filler member(40), a first cooling water scattering prevention member(50) for an outlet, and a second cooling water scattering prevention member(60) for an inlet. An air outlet is formed on the top of the casing member, and an air inlet is formed on the bottom thereof. The blower inhales air at the air outlet of the casing member and blows the air. The cooling water jetting device comprises jetting nozzles installed inside the casing member. The jetting nozzles jet heated cooling water. The filler member is arranged under the jetting nozzles inside the casing member. The first cooling water scattering prevention member is arranged at the top of the jetting nozzles inside the casing member and prevents the cooling water from scattering. The second cooling water scattering prevention member is arranged on the air inlet of the casing member and prevents the cooling water from scattering.
