PURPOSE: A traffic distribution control system of an access point is provided to induce a portable terminal to access a second access point according to the traffic amount of a first access point. CONSTITUTION: A control server(200) provides a wireless internet service by connecting with a wireless communication network. Plural access points(300) are connected with the control server. The portable terminal receives information packet from the control server after a portable terminal is connected with a first access point(311) of the access points. The portable terminal changes a connection point into a second access point(321) based on the information packet.
