PURPOSE: A concrete post for a fence is provided to enable persons to freely pass through a fence by opening the fence when necessary. CONSTITUTION: A concrete post for a fence comprises connection members and receiving grooves(26). Connection bars(10) are rotatably installed in the connection members. The connection members couple the connection bars to posts(20). One side of each connection bar is screwed on the male screw shaft of each connection member, and sleeves are installed in the other sides. The sleeves couple the posts and the connection bars to each other. When the connection bars are opened, the receiving grooves accept the opened connection bars.
