PURPOSE: An arc simulation generating device is provided to test the operation of an arc circuit breaker by generating electrical arc. CONSTITUTION: An arc simulation generating device comprises a power supply unit(10), an arc fault circuit interrupter testing unit(20), an arc generating device(30), a test load unit(40), an incompatible arc interruption testing unit(60), and a controller(70). The power supply unit supplies the driving power of the arc simulation generating device. The arc fault circuit interrupter testing unit tests constant temperature and constant humidity performance and arc fault interruption of an arc circuit breaker. The arc generating device generates test item arc for evaluating the performance of the arc circuit breaker. The incompatible arc interruption testing unit tests the incompatible arc interrupting operation. The controller analyzes an arc fault signal.
