PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a buoy for sea culture is provided to enhance durability and surface smoothness of the buoy, thereby preventing damages due to external impact and fishes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a buoy for sea culture comprises next steps: spreading releasing agent on a molding surface of a forming frame; putting over a fabric on the molding surface and forming a plate by repeating polyurea resin spread; separating the solidified plate sieve from the molding frame; manufacturing an outer cover(1) having an inner space by welding in three dimensional figure of the plate sieve; and foam molding a foam resin inside the outer cover and filling foams(2) inside. |
