WHITE ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE: A white organic light emitting device is provided to prevent diffusion of carriers by arranging energy levels of an electron transfer layer and a hole transfer layer higher than a triplet energy level of a light emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(110) and a second electrode(150) are arranged on a substrate by facing to each other. A charge generation layer(130) is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A second stack(140) has a second light emitting layer between the charge generation layer and the second electrode. A first stack(120) has a first light emitting layer. The first light emitting layer comprises a dopant of a blue fluorescent element in a single host.
