PURPOSE: A 3D ultrasonic detector and an operation method thereof are provided to compare measurement data and reference data and to control color of measurement data according to a comparison result. CONSTITUTION: A scan part(110) creates ultrasonic data by scanning an object. A measuring unit(120) is inputted a measuring point in the ultrasonic data and creates measurement data related to the measuring point. A display controller(130) determines class by comparing the measurement data and reference data. A warning sound output part(140) outputs warning sound according to the determination of abnormal class and distrust class of a fetus. A database(150) stores age reference date and statistical data.
