PURPOSE: A plasma discharge type cold storage device is provided to prevent the oxidation of foodstuffs or materials by forming a charged field. CONSTITUTION: A plasma discharge type cold storage device comprises a discharge plate(110), a charge plate(210), an insulation plate(310), and a high voltage output part(410). The discharge plate is made of metal and is installed on one side inside a storage space. The charge plate is installed on the other side of the storage space. The insulation plate is installed between the inner side of the storage space and charge plate. The high voltage output part induces plasma discharge of the discharge plate.
