<p>PURPOSE: A touch screen panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use an island type soluble insulation film which protects an electrode by photolithography or an inkjet process, thereby reducing the number of used masks. CONSTITUTION: A first touch electrode layer(120a-120c) is classified into a pad unit(PAD), a routing unit(RT), and a channel bridge unit(CH). A soluble insulation film(130a-130c) is exposed to the outside. A second touch electrode layer is formed on the soluble insulation film. The soluble insulation film has an island shape to expose a portion of the channel bridge unit. A portion of the second touch electrode layer is separated from one side and the other side of the first touch electrode layer.</p> |
