<p>PURPOSE: An in-cell touch panel for a flat panel display device is provided to prevent scratches due to a sensor during manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A routing unit(R) is made of a conductive material on an inner surface of a board. A sensor line(SN) is arranged on an inner surface in a first direction wherein the routing unit surrounds the inner surface. A driving line(DR) is arranged between sensor lines in a second direction. A first insulating film(PAS1) covers the sensor line and the driving line. A connection unit(B) is formed on the first insulating film and connects the driving line in the second direction. A second insulating film(PAS2) is formed on a frontal side of a board on which the connection unit is formed. The first and second insulating films include dielectric materials whose dielectric constants are lower than 3F/m.</p> |
